Le Full Service It is aimed at buyers who wish to be supported in a structured way in their purchase project.
It can take two forms:
- A personalized search, if you would like us to search for and present horses for you.
- Purchase assistance, if you have already found a horse and would like some advice before going any further.

VIP BUYING TRIP
For private support with IberHorse on site
This service is aimed at buyers who wish to come to Spain or Portugal with private support during their shopping trip.
An IberHorse member will accompany you from your arrival at the airport, during travel and during visits to the selected horses.
We prepare the program, coordinate appointments with vendors, organize the itinerary and stay by your side to help you observe, compare and move forward methodically.

The exact price depends on the length of the trip, the geographical area, the number of horses to be visited and the level of organization required.

Le Full Service IberHorse allows you to activate personalized support for 45 days.

No. You can start with a free initial call with IberHorse.
This exchange allows us to understand your project, your skill level, your budget, and the type of horse you are looking for. We can also explain how we work and guide you toward the option best suited to your situation.
After this initial exchange, if you decide to proceed with IberHorse, we can give you access to the horses. Top Secret that truly match your search criteria and budget.
These horses are not always publicly visible through photos and videos. They are often interesting, more discreet profiles on the market, which we only present when the client's search criteria align with the horse's profile.
This allows you to have a more complete view of the available options before deciding which support package suits you best.
Some horses are not publicly displayed with all their photos and videos. After an initial exchange, if certain profiles truly match your search criteria and budget, we can provide you with an access code to view them.
If you find a horse you like outside of IberHorse, we can assist you as part of our purchase support package.
In this case, we did not present the horse, but we can help you analyze the available information, prepare the right questions, arrange an independent veterinary examination if you wish, support you through the contract stages, and help you coordinate transport.
In this package, the €450 is not deducted from our final fees, as the horse was not presented by IberHorse. This fee covers the analysis, support, and management work related to your purchase.
The €450 of Full Service are recovered if you buy a horse presented by IberHorse during the service activation period, i.e. within 45 days.
In this case, they are not reimbursed separately: they are deducted from our final fees.
If you buy a horse found outside of IberHorse, the €450 is not deducted, as it corresponds to the analysis, support and management work carried out around your purchase.
When we present you with a horse, the price shown already includes IberHorse's fees.
This means that you know from the outset what the overall price of the horse presented is, with no surprises regarding our fees at the time of purchase.
Yes, of course. In each of our packages, it is possible to organize a trip to see several horses in Spain or Portugal, when this corresponds to your project and the horses available.
Once you have selected your favorite horses, we can work around those profiles and search for other consistent horses in the same area, thanks to our local network of owners, breeders, horse riders and sellers.
The goal is for your trip to be truly useful: to allow you to compare several serious options during the same trip, rather than coming for a single isolated visit.
In all our packages, we can support you by phone during your visits to Spain or Portugal, to help you ask the right questions, clarify certain points with the seller and move forward with more security.
Physical assistance on site is included only as part of the VIP Buying Trip.
With the VIP Buying Trip, an IberHorse member personally accompanies you from your arrival at the airport, during travel and during visits to the selected horses.
No. Veterinary examinations, X-rays, transport, any administrative, health, or export fees, and external professional fees are not included. These can be arranged or coordinated with our assistance, but they will be billed separately.
No. The horse prices indicated by IberHorse are exclusive of VAT.
VAT depends on each situation: the status of the seller, the status of the buyer, the country of destination and the framework of the sale.
In some cases, VAT may apply. In others, for example when a horse is exported outside the European Union, the sale may not be subject to VAT.
We will clarify the applicable situation before any purchase decision, so that the price is clear and there are no surprises.
