This formula is aimed at buyers who want us to search, filter and present horses suited to their project.
We analyze your search criteria, your skill level, your budget, your country, your goals, and your important criteria. Then, we select the horses that can truly make sense for you.
This may include:
- A detailed analysis of your profile
- The check of consistency between your search and your budget
- The selection of suitable horses
- Contact with owners, breeders or sellers when necessary
- Requests for additional information, photos or videos
- Organizing a video exchange when possible
- Preparing for a first visit, whether in person or remotely
- Support in making the first important decisions
If you buy a horse listed by IberHorse, these €450 will be deducted from our final fees.
2. Purchase support
This formula is aimed at buyers who have already found a horse on their own, through another advertisement, another site or a private contact, but who do not wish to proceed alone.
In this case, our role is not to introduce you to the horse, but to help you assess the situation more safely.
We can assist you with:
- Review the available information
- Prepare the right questions to ask the seller
- Analyze the consistency between the horse, your skill level, and your project.
- Arrange for an independent veterinary examination, billed separately
- We will assist you through the contract stages
- We will help you coordinate the transport, billed separately.

In this formula, the €450 is not deducted. because the horse was not presented by IberHorse. These fees cover the support and management of your purchase.

- Analysis of your search
- Assessing the consistency between your level, your budget, and the current market
- The selection or analysis of suitable horses
- Initial exchanges with the sellers or owners
- Requests for photos, videos or additional information
- Organizing a video exchange or an initial visit when possible
- A tool for comparing several horses
- Guidance on the next steps: visit, veterinary examination, contract and transport
Our goal is not to send you a large number of horses.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
To avoid misunderstandings
Le Full Service does not include third-party fees or costs related to the purchase itself.
Not included:
- The price of the horse
- The reservation or any deposit requested by the seller
- The veterinary examination
- X-rays
- Transporting the horse
- Travel expenses
- Accommodation
- Administrative, health, or specific document costs required for transporting the horse
- Export charges, where applicable
- Fees charged by external professionals
These services can be arranged or coordinated with our help, but they are billed separately.
THE GUARANTEE AFTER THE FIRST VISIT
A first experience with a guarantee
We know that activating a remote service can raise questions. That's why the Full Service IberHorse includes a guarantee after the first visit.
As part of the Full ServiceWe organize an initial visit, either on-site or remotely, to a horse selected or studied as part of your project.
If, after this first visit, you decide not to continue with IberHorse, you can request a refund of 450 € fee. within a maximum period of 48 hours.
This request must be made before requesting new proposals, new steps or a second visit.
If you decide to continue with new options or approaches, the Full Service will remain active and the €450 will no longer be refundable.

- You are not ready to move forward in the coming weeks or months.
- You prefer to contact all the sellers directly without assistance
- You prefer to contact several intermediaries in parallel, without choosing structured support to move forward clearly.
- You are only looking for the lowest price, without taking into account the horse's character, level, health, or suitability.
